your eye sort of stops when "pineapple cheese" suddenly gets tossed nonchalant into a list of, hitherto, totally normal foods. what immediately came to mind, in order to reconcile this aberration, was this must be either a cheese in the shape of a pineapple (like the cheshire cat cheese) or just a hunka swiss with bits of pineapple filling all the holes. but when i think about it, fruitxcheese combos are, normal (raspberry danish and---- that's it) pineapple just seems too chunky, chewy, sinewy to be successfully smashed with cheese to make, what must be, a greasy grease block. i think i'll just stick with those tubes of mozzarella, no fruit.
